These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and meggie88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") regarding your access to and use of the meggie88 online entertainment platform, accessible via meggie88.cam and any associated domains or mobile interfaces.

The following obligations apply to all registered Members:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or one-time security codes with any third party.
• You must notify meggie88 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or suspected compromise of your credentials.
• All personal details provided during registration must remain accurate and up to date. Members must promptly update information if it changes.

• Account ownership is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your Account or its contents to another individual.

KYC verification documents, including but not limited to a government-issued identity card (MyKad for Malaysian residents), passport or equivalent identification, may be requested before withdrawals are processed or large deposits are accepted. meggie88 processes this information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, meggie88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. By using the Platform you acknowledge and agree that:

meggie88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through a range of payment channels that include online banking services (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect), e-wallet services (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay), the DuitNow instant transfer system and the Financial Process Exchange (FPX). Selected cryptocurrency deposits may also be accepted subject to separate conditions.

1. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in Account suspension.
2. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published within the Platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method and Account tier. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
3. meggie88 does not accept cash, money orders or direct bank transfers that cannot be verified against a Member's registered payment method.
4. Deposits are credited to the Account balance subject to successful payment confirmation from the relevant financial institution. Processing times may vary by method; e-wallet and DuitNow transactions are typically instant.
5. meggie88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any deposit it considers unusual or inconsistent with a Member's normal account activity.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified Members whose Accounts are in good standing. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests made on meggie88:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to that method's availability for outbound transfers.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Documents required may include a valid government-issued identity document and proof of the registered payment method.

1. Bonuses are available only to eligible Members who have met the conditions published with each respective offer, including any minimum deposit requirements, opt-in steps or game-specific restrictions.
2. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus balances must meet the applicable turnover or wagering requirement before any portion of the associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible game contributions are specified in the promotional terms for each offer.
3. Bonuses not used or wagered within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account balance without compensation.

6. Evidence of coordinated Wager placement, Bonus abuse, arbitrage or any other activity that meggie88 reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional conditions may result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, along with suspension of the Member's Account.

meggie88 is committed to providing an environment that supports responsible entertainment. The Platform makes available account-level tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. Members are encouraged to use these controls proactively.

The limited licence granted under Clause 5 does not convey any intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the express prior written consent of meggie88.

The meggie88 name, brand identity and all associated marks are proprietary designations. Use of these marks in any context without written permission is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, meggie88 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss arising from gaming or betting activities conducted through the Platform, including but not limited to lost Wagers, missed promotional opportunities or account balance disputes.
• Indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any nature, even where meggie88 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, data loss or security breaches that arise despite reasonable preventative measures being in place.
• Third-party payment processing delays, failures or errors that are outside the direct control of meggie88.
• Actions taken by the Member in reliance on information that has subsequently changed or been updated on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits meggie88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or personal injury caused by negligence to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded at law.

meggie88 reserves the right to amend, supplement or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Platform will take reasonable steps to notify Members, which may include a notice on the homepage, an update to the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page, or direct communication through a Member's registered contact details.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.

The current version of these Terms supersedes all previous versions. In the event of conflict between translated or summarised versions and this English-language document, the English text prevails.
